Backroad Traveling
The following is stated on the Squamish Forest District website and should be heeded by all backroad travelers: "Although forest roads are often used by the public, they are built primarily for heavy industrial traffic. You should only travel on roads that your vehicle is equipped to handle. Road and travel conditions can change quickly according to weather, type of use and degree of maintenance. Further, some forest roads may be closed to the public during periods of industrial use or extreme fire hazard. Some roads may be gated to protect industrial equipment used in the area. If you are unaccustomed to back-road travel, unfamiliar with your route or if you intend to travel during the winter, contact the nearest Forest District for advice about travel conditions and possible road closures. If you return a Product to CMA Coastal Recreations Ltd. (see Customer Return Policy and Procedure below), CMA Coastal Recreations Ltd. will refund you the purchase price you paid for the Product returned, in the same form that payment was received (i.e. by a credit to your credit card account, if you paid by credit card). CMA Coastal Recreations Ltd. will not refund the costs of shipping and handling unless CMA Coastal Recreations Ltd. determines that the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of CMA Coastal Recreations Ltd..
